Why recondition your Gemini CS100?
If you own a refurbished Gemini CS100, you can have it serviced. A Gemini CS100 service is a complete overhaul of the machine using new, original parts. A refurbishment is chosen if the machine has too many malfunctions and no longer meets the specified requirements. While we're working on your Nespresso Professional machine, we'll also provide it with a full software update.
Fully clean the machine internally and externally.
All parts with limescale are professionally cleaned with ultrasonic cleaning. (Medical instruments are also cleaned this way).
Completely disassemble the brewing unit and overhaul it, including all seals.
Replace all silicone rubbers in the high-pressure hoses.
Descale the thermoblock and check for proper operation; otherwise, replace it (at an additional cost).
Replace the high-pressure pump if it no longer meets the specified requirements, using an advanced tool that checks for the correct pressure for the Nespresso machine. A new pump can be replaced (at an additional cost).
Extensive checks for proper operation.
A temporary loaner machine is available during the Gemini CS100 overhaul. (This is free of charge, except for the shipping costs for the shipping box, including return shipping). Specially prepared shipping crate for easy shipping of the machine (shipping costs are included, including the return of the shipping crate).
Comprehensive manual included.
We offer the option of replacing the removable capsule and water collection tray of the Gemini CS100 during the overhaul. Please see our comprehensive selection list for any additional costs and related accessories.
